Returns & Refunds Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with applicable Portuguese and European Union consumer law. To request a return, please contact us within this 14-day period and provide your order details.

Once you have informed us of your decision to return the item, the product must be sent back within 14 days. Items should be returned in appropriate condition and with any original packaging. Customers may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. Any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted from the refund.

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

In accordance with applicable law, refunds include the amount paid for the product and, where applicable, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by Lisamie Studio. Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Products made according to the customer's individual specifications or that are clearly personalised are not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal. This exception applies only to products that have been specifically customised or personalised for the customer and does not affect the customer's legal rights in relation to defective or non-conforming products.
